1. Purpose
SonCrush is a dating platform available worldwide. These terms govern access to and use of the service, on the web and in the mobile apps.
2. Access to the service
Registration is reserved for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and provide accurate information. An account is strictly personal.
3. Member conduct
Every member agrees to interact respectfully. The following are prohibited: harassment, hate speech, impersonation, commercial solicitation, sharing illegal or non-consensual sexual content, and any attempt at fraud.
- Use photos and information that genuinely represent you.
- Never ask for money and report any suspicious behavior.
- Respect the privacy of other members.
4. Moderation
SonCrush uses human and automated moderation. We may limit, suspend or delete any account that breaches these terms or the law, without notice in the event of a serious violation.
5. Premium subscriptions
Some features are offered through paid subscriptions (Gold, Platinum). Prices, cycles and cancellation terms are shown on the subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; premium access remains active until then.
6. Liability
SonCrush provides an introduction service but does not guarantee the outcome of encounters or the accuracy of information published by members. You remain solely responsible for your interactions and your safety.
7. Personal data
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account area.
8. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated. In the event of a material change, members are notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
